Can I schedule a tour of your studio before booking a session?

Absolutely, we encourage potential clients to schedule a tour of our studio! It’s an excellent opportunity for you to familiarise yourself with our facilities, equipment, and team. We firmly believe that seeing the space, understanding the workflow, and meeting the people who will help produce your creative vision can go a long way in ensuring a successful session. Tours can be scheduled during our opening hours from Monday to Thursday, 9am – 4pm, and on Fridays from 9am – 2pm. Weekend appointments available upon request.

Can I get assistance from your team during my session, or do I need to bring my own crew?

We absolutely provide assistance during your session! We pride ourselves on having a highly skilled and dedicated team who are at your disposal. Our team can assist with technical aspects, facilitate the session flow, and ensure you have everything you need to make your time in our studio as productive as possible. We also understand if you prefer to bring your own crew. In such cases, our team works seamlessly with yours to ensure everyone is on the same page. Whether you need full support or just a little, we’re here to help!
